You’re certainly not alone, many of us are looking for different ways to fill that uncomfortable empty space. Maybe you just need a little inspiration to make something about it, I put together a few simple ideas to solve this problem, and I hope you decide to try something out.

1/ Create a Great Wall Decoration
This is a simple and very popular solution to an empty wall, you just have to be careful that the pictures and decorations match and are well-spaced.
The easiest way to nicely decorate this wall is:
o start with some large object that can be placed in the center (a large family photo, sign, clock, etc.)
o then add a few photos around (use different colors of the frames and make sure they are matching)
o place shelves and wooden signs in the corners of the decoration (Sings like Home, Love or Family look really cozy, you can get them from Amazon)
o just add some small decorations and that’s it

In short, these will never go out of fashion and fill an empty space. You can buy them almost everywhere, on Temu, Amazon, and Walmart, you can also support local artists. 3/ Add Some Farmhouse Shelves
These will perfectly fill the empty space and will also serve as an excellent storage space for your things. I found a huge number of DIY ideas for building this shelf on the Internet.
For those of us who don’t have the time or energy to make shelves (I understand you), I found another alternative, specifically on Amazon, where you can order such a shelf for a pretty good price. You will definitely like it.
And don’t even get me started on decorating it, in this case, you can fully use your imagination and match the decorations with the room and your style, you can also use other people’s ideas, I have a few of them on my Pinterest.
4/ Go Green With A Plant Wall
Although I can say from my own experience that it is really difficult to style the plant to grow where you want it to at first, with a little patience you can definitely do it. It looks absolutely beautiful and fills the space perfectly.
